A Canadian educational institution in North Bay is hiring a Coordinator to support business programs. This role involves administrative support, coordination of iLEAD and Co-op programs, and interaction with faculty and external organizations. An undergraduate degree in Business and two years of relevant experience are required. Comprehensive benefits and a pension plan are included.
Reporting to the Manager, School of Business, with guidance from the Associate Dean, the School of Business Coordinator acts as the first contact for students in business programs and provides ongoing administrative support to the School of Business. The coordinator works with students (past, present, future), on‑site and distance faculty, and external organizations such as the CPA Ontario, HRPA, CMA, local businesses, and other departments within Nipissing University. The coordinator may be required to work some evenings and weekend hours, as well as travel for recruitment initiatives.
