Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable and Billing, this is a key role of the Transaction Services Team under the Financial Operations at TMX Group, managing the billings of multiple TMX legal entities. The Revenue Analyst is responsible for the preparation and process management of high volume invoices for multiple legal entities across TMX Group and to ensure invoices are processed and sent on time to accurately reflect the revenue for the month. The Revenue Analyst also provides front line support to internal business units and finance, as well as external customer inquiries. The role requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel; and possess high technical and analytical skills to navigate various billing tools and applications.
Oversee the billing process to ensure monthly activities are complete, accurate, and accurately recorded in the general ledger in a timely manner in compliance with the billing schedule and TMX guidelines to satisfy internal and external audit requirements.
