The Business Relationship Management Practitioner Lead provides advice and guidance on business relationship management best practices and focuses on leading the efforts of Algonquin College client’s technology stacks and business capability strategic roadmaps, IT product lifecycle management, including creating, implementing, maintaining and decommissioning corporate products. The incumbent is responsible for providing the services required to design, develop, maintain, support, govern and evolve the enterprise technology ecosystem for Algonquin College, leading the analysis. The incumbent is also responsible for providing expert advice to Business Partners to stimulate, surface and shape demands for products and services to ensure potential business value is captured, realized, optimized and recognized.
The Business Relationship Management Practitioner Lead is also responsible for providing expert advice to colleagues in Information Technology Services (ITS) to ensure alignment across the business environment, strategy and technology investment as part of existing enterprise architecture, as well as the research and evaluation of new technologies and standards.
The incumbent will use industry best practices to design relationship value mapping in conjunction with diagnosing relationship quality and improvement planning techniques as part of the strategic relationship management process.
This position should leverage current Enterprise Business Platforms, which includes but not limited to SharePoint, Salesforce, Student Information Systems, Cloud solutions strategy and integrations strategy to align IT strategies and imperatives.
