Job summary
A leading investment firm in Canada is seeking an Analyst to manage portfolio-wide operational and financial reporting. You will consolidate and analyze financial data, assist in budget preparations, and provide quarterly reports. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration and has strong skills in MS Excel and presentation. Experience in real estate is a plus. This role demands multitasking and tight deadline management within a client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or similar education.
- Experience in real estate or related field is an asset.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting and operational metrics tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports and annual budget presentations.
- Work closely with Asset Managers to facilitate decision making.
