Role Summary

The Finance Analyst (FP&A) will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing SaaS company. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and business partners to provide insights into financial performance and support data‑driven decision‑making.

About the Role
  • Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
  • Track and analyze SaaS‑specific KPIs such as ARR, MRR, churn, and customer growth.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand cost drivers and operational performance.
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.
  • Help improve FP&A processes, reporting, and dashboards as the company scales.
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects.
About You
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role (internship experience considered).
  • Working knowledge of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, and deferred revenue, with the ability to analyze trends and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses; ability to work with large datasets and summarize insights clearly.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Schedule
