We are currently looking for a Programmatic Data Analystto join our Advertising team. You will play a crucial role by transforming complex auction data into insights that optimize performance, maximize revenue and guide smarter monetization decisions.

A please note that the preferred location for this position is Montreal.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing performance trends and conducting in-depth data investigations to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze revenue trends across programmatic channels, developing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and implement solutions including providing training to ensure user adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance partner integrations, and resolve performance-related issues
  • Work closely with various teams, globally, to align on deliverables, understand upcoming needs, and prioritize projects effectively
  • Serve as a key contact for analytics related to performance and delivery when working with our programmatic demand partners (SSPs, DSPs)
  • Promote the adoption of key metrics and reports across the organization through effective internal strategies like beta-testing, communication, and training
  • A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS, BComm) or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a data analyst, with a curiosity for solving complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Nice to have: Hands-on familiarity with programmatic technologies, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers (e.g., SpringServe, Adswizz, GAM)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
  • Bilingual- French and English
