As a tight-knit and growing team based in the vibrant Innovation Center in downtown Kelowna, BC, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help us scale our impact.

Why this role matters

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across our business. This is a high-impact role that works closely with Product, Engineering, CX, and Operations to monitor performance, uncover opportunities, and build tools that power decision-making.

You’ll design scalable dashboards, write clean SQL, and surface the metrics that matter most; making data not just accessible, but actionable.

What you’ll do

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain clear, user-friendly dashboards in Metabase
• Design data visualizations and performance views for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Own documentation of dashboards, queries, and insights for clarity and reusability

Data Analytics & Insights

• Write robust SQL in Snowflake to support analysis and reporting
• Partner with teams to define metrics, monitor trends, and solve business challenges
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities through data storytelling

Process & Pipeline Optimization

• Build scalable, auditable data processes that improve confidence in decision-making
• Work with Engineering to optimize data structures and improve data reliability
• Create efficient data flows for recurring business needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, CX, and leadership to align data needs
• Support Product and Engineering in surfacing key metrics for product performance
• Act as a thought partner to teams looking to deepen data literacy and usage

What success looks like

• Trusted dashboards adopted across functions
• Key metrics and data definitions clearly understood across teams
• Reduction in ad hoc requests due to self-serve reporting availability
• Proactive surfacing of trends and risks that drive action
• Scalable systems that reduce manual data work and improve accuracy

What you bring

• 8+ years in a data analytics or business intelligence role
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake (views, Streamlits)
• Experience building dashboards in Metabase or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Advanced Excel/PowerBI and data storytelling abilities
• Ability to translate business questions into clear analytical plans
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership
• Familiarity with CRMs and SaaS metrics (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Bonus: Python scripting for ad hoc tasks
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI copilots or automation tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Gemini)
• Bonus: Experience working in regulated industries (safety, healthcare, gaming, etc.)
