They have engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to search for a Senior Business Analyst, Six Sigma - CONTRACT.

ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The Senior Business Analyst, Six Sigma - CONTRACT will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to the creation of business requirements including mapping processes, analysis and making recommendations for efficiencies.

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years experience performing business analysis work for larger projects (6-12 month requirements phase)
2. Solid Six Sigma end to end project experience (Black Belt is strongly preferred)
3. Hands on Process Mapping experience
4. Statistical and Regression Analysis experience
5. Experience with the DMAIC methodology is preferred
6. Wide understanding of bank functions (potentially including retail and commercial banking, risk, treasury, capital markets, wealth management, support functions)
7. High-level conceptual thinking and a solid understanding of business models, especially functional or process models
8. Quick learner – e.g., able to quickly understand an application’s high-level functionality
9. Solid documentation skills
10. Excellent interviewing skills, especially with senior management
11. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
12. Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned
13. Experience following structured methodologies and frameworks
