Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in computer aided dispatching is an asset.
• Call center and radio communications experience are considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide communication and support services to all CN Police.
• Use CAD system to manage emergency calls and dispatch services.
• Coordinate actions between local emergency services and CN.
• Maintain accurate logs for reports and communicate major events.

Skills

Knowledge of computer aided dispatching systems

Excellent typing skills

General Microsoft computer skills

Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

English Attestations of Collegial Studies (ACS) in Emergency Dispatch
