A leading energy infrastructure company is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to execute benefits programs for Canadian employees. This role involves collaborating with HR and vendors, processing payments, and supporting various benefit-related initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a relevant undergraduate degree and has over 4 years of experience in a corporate environment. This position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to contribute to a strategic team dedicated to improving employee benefits and efficiencies.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Canadian Pension & Benefits, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of TC Energy’s benefits programs for Canadian employees.
This role will work in collaboration with vendors, consultants, and company personnel at all levels. The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the team.
