$53,738.00 annually (with wage increments to a max of $60,006.00). Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
The Opportunity
You will support the Sport Science Department by administering projects and resolving operational issues that would otherwise require direct administration by the Dean, in all aspects of administrative project and operations management which includes, but is not limited to:
- Coordinating student fieldwork placements
- Maintaining fieldwork records
- Working with external fieldwork placements sites
- Support the Department and its students by performing a variety of administrative, technical, training and promotional services
- Provide exceptional client-centered service on a consistent basis to students, employees and all stakeholder groups.

- This temporary full-time (35 hours per week) position is available starting January 12, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:15 pm. Shift days and times may change depending on the Department’s need. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required.
- The position is located at the New Westminster campus; however, the successful candidate must be available for occasional work at the Coquitlam campus.
