A growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced accounting and tax professional based in Brazil to manage U.S. tax preparation and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and mastery of QuickBooks Online. This fully remote position offers competitive compensation of R$6,000 – R$9,000 BRL per month along with paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.

We’re growing fast and need an experienced, detail‑oriented accounting and tax professional who loves solving complex cross‑border puzzles and delivering peace of mind to clients.
Prepare and file U.S. federal (and some state) tax returns for :
- Single‑member & multi‑member LLCs (Form 1065, Schedule K‑1)
- S‑Corporations (Form 1120‑S, K‑1s)
- Foreign‑owned U.S. disregarded entities and corporations (Form 5472, 1120)
- U.S. individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040‑NR for non‑residents)
Manage monthly / quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks Online.
Advise clients (in Spanish, Portuguese, or English) on tax‑saving strategies, entity structuring, BOI reporting (FinCEN), and compliance timelines.
Review and correct client‑provided records, flag red flags, and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with U.S.-based CPAs / Enrolled Agents on complex cases while owning day‑to‑day execution.
3+ years of recent U.S. tax preparation experience with partnerships, S‑Corps, and individuals.
Practical experience with foreign‑owned U.S. entities (Form 5472, 1120) is a strong plus.
Solid background preparing Form 1040 for U.S. citizens / residents.
Mastery of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Advanced Excel skills and ability to build models or schedules.
Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Extremely organized and deadline‑driven.
Great at simplifying complex tax concepts across different languages.
Curious about cross‑border legal and tax structures.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Proactive – you spot problems before the IRS does.
