What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Deliver product training sessions to sales teams and dealer networks, enhancing product knowledge

  • Assist the sales organization in identifying opportunities and providing technical insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales and/or service experience in the construction equipment or off-road equipment industry
  • At least three (3) years of experience supporting dealers, customers, and end users
  • Demonstrated field experience and ability to work with various dealer networks
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with compact construction equipment is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to create and present territory analysis to management and stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively
