What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee the development, negotiation, and management of corporate contracts to align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms support service delivery and financial performance
- Maintain and update a contract management database, tracking contract status and performance metrics
- Liaise with external partners to negotiate and execute contracts effectively
- Provide guidance to hospital leadership on contractual obligations and risk management
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Law, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, healthcare contracting, or managed care
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for healthcare contracts
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
