What Part Will You Play as a Project Manager?

1. Manages all aspects of large scale and complex projects related to payments industry assuring the projects are completed on time, with quality, and within budget;
2. Designs, communicates and implements an operational plan for completing a project, and monitors progress and performance against it;
3. Facilitates and manages the analysis of project requirements, identifies and understands the resourced estimates and time required to complete the project(s);
4. Acts as a liaison with other areas at TSYS, to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project;
5. Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones and ensures the project is delivered to the internal and/or external client’s satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree;
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable;
3. Previous experience as Project Manager;
4. Good communication, resilience and leadership skills;
5. Advanced English Level (Speaking, Listening and Writing) is mandatory;
6. Advanced Spanish Level (Speaking, Listening and Writing) is mandatory.
