Accounting Manager

Louis Vuitton South America is seeking a highly motivated, curious and customer focused Accounting Manager with an undeniable passion for developing our Accounting Team.

As an Accounting Manager , you will be responsible for developing our current Accounting team, improve their processes and actions, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

You will be responsible for implementing and developing creative and efficient new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting reconciliation and analysis, including Inventory, Accounts Receivable (credit card) and Fixed assets control
• Service to internal and external audits

Additionally, fluency in English is a plus!

Work Experience / Skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and react quickly to a rapidly changing call center environment
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and strong communication skills
• Requires Weekends, Evenings and Holiday availability
• University degree in accounting or equivalent
• Solid experience in accounts / finance as an Accounting Senior Coordinator or Manager, minimum of 5 years' experience or equivalent
• Registration as Certified Accountant ("CRC" active)
• Familiar with IFRS & CPC rules (theoretical and practically applied)
• Proficiency knowledge and experience of Excel.

SAP an advantage

• Bilingual : English and Spanish an advantage
