Job summary
A vacation home management company is looking for skilled individuals for a remote customer support role. The ideal candidate must possess advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include guest interactions, task creation, and handling customer service on booking platforms. Compensation is R$2,000.00 with a night shift schedule requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Support guests in English via chat and phone.
- Identify guest needs and communicate with the operations team.
- Monitor additional services requested by guests.

If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.
- Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
- Identify and filter guest needs
- Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
- Process and register issued charges
- Monitor additional services requested / paid
- Schedule additional services according to guest requests
- Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proactivity and commitment
- Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)
6 : 00 PM to 2 : 20 AM – 1-hour break
Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.
Base salary : R$2.000.00
- One day off per week (on alternate weekend day)
