Job summary
A production management firm in Dubai is looking for a Production Manager to oversee all production activities and ensure efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have at least 8 years of experience in production management, preferably within the precast construction industry. Key responsibilities include developing production schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and leading a team to achieve excellence. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on production quality and efficiency.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in construction.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale production operations.

- Manage inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstocking.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
- 8 years of experience in production management preferably in precast construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment and materials used in construction.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage largescale production operations.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices is a plus.
