Qualifications

Senior Transportation Modeler/PlannerAbu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Transportation Modeler/Planner to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting travel demand modeling using CUBE and other software packages.

• Prepare traffic impact studies for small and large developments including data collection and analysis.

• Handle urban/metropolitan transportation planning and traffic engineering tasks including corridor studies and regional network studies.

• Perform operational analysis using standard packages including SYNCHRO, SIDRA, HCS, and VISSIM.

• Perform other related duties based on the requirements of the organization.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or related discipline – Master Degree desirable.

• Having 8 years of relevant work experience wherein at least 6+ years of which are solid hands-on experience in multi-modal travel demand modeling and preparation of demand forecasts.

• Must have CUBE software experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• ITC-approved STEAM modeler experience is highly preferred.
