Your mission

Job Summary: The Demand Planner plays a key role in managing customer demand by providing accurate forecasts to drive planning and decisionmaking processes within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail while working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast models for assigned customers or product lines based on historical data seasonality trends and other relevant factors.
  • Provide regular updates to management on changes in demand patterns and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product Management and Sales teams to understand market dynamics and develop strategies to address shifts in demand.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of forecast variances to identify areas for improvement in sales processes or product offerings.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets related to sales activity market trends and competitive landscape using tools such as Excel Power BI or Tableau.
  • Identify emerging market trends and insights through research and analysis to inform sales strategy and improve forecast accuracy.
Who you are

You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics or a related field; MBA preferred.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting or demand planning roles in UAE and KSA preferably within a technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and ability to apply them to complex business problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and specialized applications like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
