As the General Manager of United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for leading Unikie's MEA business and local subsidiary, driving business growth and expanding the customer base. You will be based in Unikie's Abu Dhabi office and will manage Unikie's sales and a local team of 30+ engineers in the UAE region. You will work closely with customers, partners in the area, and Unikie's global cross-functional team.
- Lead and manage Unikie's business and operations in the UAE
- Develop and drive sales growth of our software services business in the MEA region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and partners
- Represent Unikie in industry events and local forums
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue and cost management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Report directly to the executive team and act as the primary signatory for the region
- Proven experience in building and expanding business, preferably within the technology or software development sector
- Strong understanding of the UAE and MEA business environment
- Experience in managing business with full P&L responsibility
- Experience and proven results in software and services sales, preferably in the MEA region
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial working attitude
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
