What you’ll be working on :
- Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, focusing on opening and developing new markets.
- Build and nurture a sales team capable of achieving outstanding results, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning strategies with overall company objectives.
- Act as a key advisor to the company on market insights, analyze sales data, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing to ensure aligned and effective market penetration strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for senior management, providing insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively for data management and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members, demonstrating commitment to team excellence.
- Travel as necessary to meet with partners, clients, and explore regional market opportunities to support expansion initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a successful track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently and in teams.
- Experience or deep knowledge of LATAM, MENA, or APAC markets is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
- Ability to provide strategic insights to management and marketing teams for market growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
