Job summary

A leading petroleum company in UAE is seeking a Senior Office Administrator to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Science, along with 5 to 6 years of office management experience and proficiency in MS Office applications. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the Senior Vice Presidents directly.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 6 years of Office Management/Secretarial experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President.
  • Coordinate the SVP's schedule and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system.

Overview

As a Senior Office Administrator you will have the opportunity to work for one of the Senior Vice Presidents at ADNOC Distribution. The role will involve providing exceptionally professional secretarial and administrative support directly to the Senior Vice President.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, receive mail, respond to telephone queries, receive VIPs and other visitors.
  • Follow up on items that require action, coordinate the SVP's schedule, gather information, and compile reports.
  • Maintain a filing system and manage the office to ensure efficient and effective support for the SVP.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Science.
  • 5 to 6 years of Office Management/Secretarial experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages, both verbal and written.
