Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Solution Architect. The role involves driving solution design, leading teams, and delivering innovative digital solutions. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in Microsoft technologies and proven leadership capabilities. Expertise in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365 CRM is a must. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for this position.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
- 3+ years in a leadership or Solution Architect role.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end solution design.
- Lead development teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Ensure successful integration of Microsoft solutions.

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with 3+ years in a leadership or Solution Architect role.
- Mandatory Hands-on Expertise in:
- Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents
- SharePoint Online: Site configuration, workflows, permissions, and custom solutions
- Dynamics 365 CRM: Configuration, customization, workflows, and integration
- Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, visualizations, and dashboard development
- Strong experience integrating Microsoft solutions with external APIs and diverse data sources.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
