The candidate will be responsible for developing IT managed services solutions, understanding customer IT operations, and presenting tailored business cases. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the managed Service Domain.
• Experience in multiple presales towers like Networks, Digital workplace, etc.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer’s IT operations and analyze business cases for managed services outsourcing.
• Conduct customer workshops for business case demonstrations.
• Respond to RFI/RFP received from Sales.
• Present and demonstrate Managed Services Solutions.
• Develop cost-effective and scalable delivery models.
• Plan and schedule activities with the Managed Services Program Manager.
