A leading medical device company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced sales representative to promote its products. You will connect with healthcare professionals, develop business plans, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in the medical device industry and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a willingness to travel frequently, approximately 80% of the time.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of business experience, ideally within the medical device industry.
- Proven commercial performance over 3–5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical device environment and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products, building strong customer relationships.
- Lead high-quality clinical discussions and act as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain a comprehensive business plan including SWOT analysis.
- Coordinate scientific support needs and assist in marketing activities.
- Manage customer feedback and collaborate to implement corrective actions.
