We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National who is looking to grow professionally within a structured and supportive environment. As an Executive Coordinator, you will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring efficient coordination of executive schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize executive schedules, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Draft emails, memos, and other communications
  • Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, and projects
  • Collect and organize data to support decision-making
  • Communicate with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of executives
  • Track tasks and ensure follow-up across departments
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
