A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the META Region. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technology sales experience and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include developing commercial strategy, managing channel partners, and driving revenue growth. Fluency in English and ideally residing in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro is required. This is a remote role with opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with complex solution sales in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS or Networking.

This is a remote role.

Responsibilities
  • Development of commercial strategy for the META Region
  • Strategy with Distributors and Wholesalers, Channel management and Marketing development
  • Development of plans for business verticals and business development
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenue
  • Primary responsibility for increasing revenue in assigned regions/territories/districts through identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for generating direct sales or partnerships
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Stellar Cyber's products and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in technology sales with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • 2-5 years of cybersecurity experience
  • Complex solution sales in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS or Networking a plus
  • Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, or engineering)
  • Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate Stellar Cyber's value proposition in a differentiated and compelling manner
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • Start-up experience is a plus
  • Must ideally reside in the Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro greater area
