1. Operate, maintain, and repair all AV and lighting systems across the property
2. Respond efficiently to work requests, prioritizing health and safety concerns
3. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure consistent equipment performance
4. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly
5. Maintain and update equipment documentation including logs, schematics, and inventory
6. Set up and support AV needs for internal and guest-facing events or meetings
7. Collaborate with various departments for seamless AV integration
8. Stay informed on industry trends and technology improvements
9. Ensure full compliance with safety procedures during all operations

Education:

• Technical diploma or certification in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, or related field

Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar AV role within the hospitality or events industry
• Hands-on expertise in maintaining and operating sound, projection, video conferencing, and lighting systems

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage AV operations under pressure
• Up-to-date knowledge of current AV technologies and best practices
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting abilities
