• Ensure that a project is completed on time and will deliver solutions that meet both customers requirements and our commitments.
• Contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction which is key for business growth.

• Drive the project to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines quality specifications and project profitability and lead customer interactions for the project.
• Deliver solutions that are cost effective easy to operate and generate value.
• Provide visibility of the project progress obtain the necessary resources and identify and resolve issues; and manage the financial aspects of projects including costs and revenue.
• Manage project risks and related action plans.
• Manage change requests and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and the project organization: Solution Manager Project Delivery team Technical Leaders Support & Maintenance team.

• At least 7 years experience in project management (specification design and team) in the software development or service operation industry.
• Certified in PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Previous experience as Engineer or Masters Degree in Computer Science or computer engineering.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Able to learn our product and service offers use cases and ecosystems and understand how our solutions work and how they are delivered; and able to manage scope and requirements autonomously build a project plan monitor the project status manage the customer relationship and project costs and use Microsoft Project.
• Good organizational analytical and communication skills; who is a problemsolver and teambuilder able to inspire a shared vision and delegate tasks with a high level of integrity able to work in a fastpaced environment; who is quick learner and selfstarter.
• Able to travel in case needed.
