Job summary

A prominent construction and engineering firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while leading multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing mid-to-large-scale projects, strong knowledge of UAE regulations, and experience working with PMC, Consultancy, or Developer organizations. Professional project management certification is preferred.

Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering construction/engineering projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, and ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, contractual understanding, and stakeholder management experience across various project environments including Developers, Consultancies, Client Representative roles, and PMC organizations.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction/development.
• Proven experience working with PMC, Consultancy, Developer, or Client-side organizations is mandatory.
• Successful track record managing mid-to-large-scale projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations, codes, and authority processes.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
• Professional certification such as PMP is an added advantage.
