Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee exhibition stand projects from concept to delivery. You will lead project teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure project execution aligns with briefs, budgets, and timelines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the exhibition industry. Flexibility to travel for projects outside the UAE is essential, as well as strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Job Description

• Oversee the operation, production, and full lifecycle management of assigned exhibition stands from concept to physical delivery, ensuring adherence to project briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with subcontractors, internal workshops, external suppliers, and service providers to ensure projects are properly resourced, budgeted, and executed according to company processes.
• Review design and technical drawings, prepare material checklists, coordinate material purchases, and schedule all internal and external resources for production, installation, and post-opening adjustments.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensure requirements are met, and actively participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and repeat business opportunities.
• Candidates within GCC, particularly in UAE and KSA are open to apply.

Qualifications
