A Product Owner will lead a team of highly talented engineers and designers to envision, prioritize, and build innovative digital products that will shape the industry for a new generation of tech-savvy customers.

His/her mission is to work closely with business sponsors to identify key pain points and collaboratively design and build solutions that delight customers and empower internal staff.

Product owners will have cutting-edge tools and technology at their disposal and will work in a high-performing Agile team.

• Innovate in products with cross-functional teams and think creatively to deliver first-class digital solutions that create rapid impact for employees, customers, or advisors.
• Prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team as required.
• Identify KPIs and use them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights to shape the digital experience.
• Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives.
• Manage cross-functional relationships, emphasizing decision-making over consensus.
• Identify future potential of products and excite teams, customers, and the business network about it.
• Lead design and development teams to deliver high-profile digital solutions and products.
• Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and leadership.

• Experience designing creative, quality consumer products, and enabling business capabilities through technology.
• Experience operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, self-motivated, team player, with a professional presence.
• Demonstrates thought leadership and can influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics.
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes.
• Expertise in digital acquisition marketing, including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and funnel optimization.
• 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in product development and marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
