3. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective implementation of activities and cost control.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies promptly to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop joint marketing plans and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or brand management; team management experience is preferred.
3. Deep understanding of the Middle East markets, including local consumer needs and behaviors.
4. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead teams toward shared goals.
5. Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, capable of formulating effective marketing strategies based on data insights.
