Guest Experience Leader: Front Office Supervisor

A leading global hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and preferably at a Resort in the UAE. Skills in OPERA and a strong focus on guest satisfaction are essential. The position offers opportunities for team growth and involvement in community activities. This is a full-time role with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

- Assist in daily Front Office Operations and guest experience.
- Supervise and delegate duties to the team.
- Liaise with departments to ensure high guest service.
- Focus on guest feedback to improve satisfaction.

What you will be doing:
- Assist in daily FO Operations and smooth arrival and departure experience
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Regularly review daily reports to proactively lead the operations smoothly
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the highest standard of guest services
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 1 years experience in similar role.
- Previous experience in a Resort in UAE especially Accor would be preferred
- Experience with OPERA is mandatory
- Should be well versed with Front Office Operations
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
