Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in UAE is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Holding Treasury function. Responsibilities include settlements, loan administration, and cash management, requiring at least 5-7 years of treasury experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, efficiently manage complex transactions, and have proficiency in IT2 Treasury Management System. A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is essential, and a professional treasury certification is preferred.

Responsible for managing the day‑day operations of the Holding Treasury function including settlements, loan administration, intercompany loan management, cash management, day‑day liquidity planning, KYC with banks, MT940s bank reconciliation, accounting file and notional pool interest management.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in corporate treasury with a focus on backoffice operations.
- Strong understanding and experience in IT2 Treasury Management System including configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting issues and implementing system upgrades.
- Proven ability to automate treasury processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience with settlement processing, loan administration, intercompany loan management, cash management, day‑day liquidity planning and notional pool interest management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, KYC requirements and MT940 processing.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex transactions and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with banks and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of process improvement, automation and technology implementation.
- Professional certification in Treasury (e.g. CTP, ACT) is preferred but not required.
- In addition to the above qualifications the ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding and experience in Treasury Management System (preferably IT2 including configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting issues and implementing system upgrades).
