Job summary
A leading consultancy in manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Production Lead / Manager to oversee effective production operations in the pharmaceutical and personal care industry. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including 5 in a leadership role. Lead and manage daily production activities across pharmaceutical and personal care product lines.
Plan organize and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency productivity and cost control.
Supervise and mentor production staff ensuring training and development.
Collaborate with QA/QC R&D supply chain and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Ensure strict adherence to safety hygiene and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory audits.
Drive new product introductions and scaling up of manufacturing processes.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy () mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / personal care manufacturing with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven ability to manage production teams and large-scale operations.
Excellent problem-solving leadership and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
