Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in customer service and/or logistics roles, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or luxury sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve customer service across all channels.
• Lead internal and/or outsourced customer service teams.
• Manage escalated customer concerns.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain management.
• Optimize warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
