Job summary
A leading educational institute in Abu Dhabi is seeking passionate sales professionals who excel in customer service. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in promoting services, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to learners. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the education sector, and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in Arabic is a plus. The position involves managing customer interactions through various channels.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales & customer service experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing learners to promote services and close deals.
- Manage the cycle from prospecting to closing a deal.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries.

- Contact potential or existing learners to promote our services / close deals
- Carry out follow-up andsalescalls with learners, based on the target assigned
- Go the “extra mile” to meetsales targets and facilitate futuresales
- Manage the coordination cycle from prospecting to closing a deal
- Providing outstanding customer service!
- Providing frontline support and handling inquiries: interact with existing and potential students either in person or via phone, chat, and email
- 2+ years of provensales& customer service experience in a dynamic business environment in the education industry.(Preferably)
- Arabic speaker (preferably)
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good Skills in information technology
- Ability take up an afternoon shift
