Job description
Responsibilities
- Ensure all clublevel rooms and lounges are functioning properly
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment (TVs, speakers, projectors) in club lounges
- Ensure smooth running of entertainment systems and guest‑use technology
- Ensure technical readiness of clublevel guest areas
- Respond promptly to service calls or technical issues reported by staff or guests
- Assist in setting up special VIP events in club areas
- Maintain tools and spare parts inventory
- Request or restock needed equipment or supplies for technical upkeep
- Respond to technical issues reported by guests in clublevel rooms or lounges
- Ensure all facilities are in top condition for VIPs and higher‑tier loyalty guests
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations
- Maintain clear documentation of inspections and repairs
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems commonly found in hotels; ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems efficiently
- Experience performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure proper functioning of hotel facilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols governing hotel operations including fire safety, electrical safety and occupational health standards
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes and develop effective solutions in a timely manner; adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and emergencies as they arise
- Clear and effective communication skills to interact with hotel staff, guests and external contractors professionally
- Customer‑focused mindset with dedication to providing exceptional service to hotel guests; ability to respond promptly to guest requests and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Effective time‑management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced hotel environment; ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards
