Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clublevel rooms and lounges are functioning properly
• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot AV equipment (TVs, speakers, projectors) in club lounges
• Ensure smooth running of entertainment systems and guest‑use technology
• Ensure technical readiness of clublevel guest areas
• Respond promptly to service calls or technical issues reported by staff or guests
• Assist in setting up special VIP events in club areas
• Maintain tools and spare parts inventory
• Request or restock needed equipment or supplies for technical upkeep
• Respond to technical issues reported by guests in clublevel rooms or lounges
• Ensure all facilities are in top condition for VIPs and higher‑tier loyalty guests
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations
• Maintain clear documentation of inspections and repairs

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems commonly found in hotels; ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems efficiently
• Experience performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure proper functioning of hotel facilities
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols governing hotel operations including fire safety, electrical safety and occupational health standards
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes and develop effective solutions in a timely manner; adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and emergencies as they arise
• Clear and effective communication skills to interact with hotel staff, guests and external contractors professionally
