Job Title: Site Engineer

Dubai | Job type: Full-time

1. Site supervision and quality control.
2. Ensuring construction is in accordance with plans and specifications.
3. Coordinating with contractors, architects, and consultants.
4. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
5. Managing resources (labor, materials, equipment).
6. Ensuring health and safety compliance on site.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with engineering software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, Microsoft Project or Primavera, MS Office (especially Excel).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to travel or relocate to project sites.
• Fit to perform site inspections and handle site logistics.

Entry-level: 0-2 years of relevant site or construction experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (UAE Attested).
• Membership with the Society of Engineers.
• Valid driver's license.
