Job summary
A leading fintech company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across product and engineering teams. The candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, and ensure adherence to agile principles, all while fostering a collaborative culture. A Bachelor's degree and several years of experience in fintech or software development are essential, along with relevant agile certification. The role offers a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent.
- Experience working in fintech, digital banking, or financial SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile processes.
- Partner with Product Owners for sprint alignment.
- Remove blockers and improve delivery processes.
