Your team

The product team executes strategy and development for IG's trading and investments platform and products, driving innovation while meeting regulatory requirements.

Your role in the Team's Success

Lead the product strategy and development for IG's trading and investments platform and products, fostering innovation with scrappiness.

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IG's trading, investment, and crypto products for our APAC division.
• Lead design and engineering teams to create compelling new products.
• Drive innovation in trading, investment, and crypto experiences, tools, and features.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain IG's competitive advantage.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements while providing excellent user experiences.
• Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform decisions.

What you'll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements :

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years leading trading, investment, or crypto products.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, trading and investment platforms, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing complex, regulated financial products.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative digital solutions.
• Proven ability to execute relentlessly.
• Leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
