Product Development and Management
- Lead the development and management of the products on the Derivatives segment of ADX in alignment with the Group's strategy, ensuring a dynamic and responsive offering that meets market demands and drives growth.
- Lead the development and execution of derivatives product roadmaps with 3–5-year horizons, outlining goals to guide product development and strategic positioning for ADX amongst its competitors, securing long-term growth and innovation.
- Evaluate investment needs, both capital and expenses, by analyzing product and technical requirements, and make recommendations to senior product executives and business stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and achieve product development objectives.
- Initiate new product planning from concept through feasibility to definition, laying the groundwork for product innovations that respond to market demands and opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design of product specifications and operational system business requirements to development, testing, and launch, working closely with technology and operational teams, UX/UI designers, and third-party vendors to deliver derivative products on time and within budget.
- Lead product development projects and initiatives, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance team to align product requirements with listing framework and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and marketing collateral to promote new products and features, coordinating with sales, marketing, and client services teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and client feedback post-launch, analyzing data to identify opportunities for product optimization, enhancement, and feature development to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the development of all functional reports in a timely manner and in compliance with the Group’s policies and standards.
Market Analysis and Planning
- Derive market insights to formulate product strategies, translating market needs into opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Provide essential data for product communications, defining marketing objectives that align with product strategies and market positioning to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Evaluate and recommend the direction for current and future products by appraising new ideas and modifications to ensure alignment with ADX’s objectives and market demands, thereby driving growth in derivatives business.
- Assess market competition and positioning by comparing derivative product offerings by competitors, providing insights that provide competitive edge and positioning and product enhancement.
- Integrate new regulatory changes into product and business strategies to ensure compliance and business adaptability, safeguarding ADX’s market position and growth prospects.
- Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and knowledge sharing to team members to support their development, enhance team capabilities and contributing to Group's overall success.
People Management
- Lead the Derivatives Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Ensure the effective achievement of assigned objectives within the section by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating team members to maximize derivatives performance.
- Build and manage team for the Derivatives Product section in line with the expanding scope of business and strategic goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise, advice and share knowledge with the team members to support their overall development.
- Drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by team members of the assigned section to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
- Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to junior team members to support their overall development.

- Provide input and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.
- Lead the effective implementation of product development policies, procedures, and controls across assigned activities, ensuring compliance and operational excellence that drives product success and market competitiveness.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and address client needs, ensuring alignment of product development efforts with business priorities.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Clients Service, Technology and Digital, and other relevant teams to gather customer requirements, ensuring products meet market demands and customer expectations.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancement to product development processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, agility, and innovation in product delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Group.
Risk and Business Continuity Management
- Contribute to the effective implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and processes to promote a culture focusing on the achievement of world class standards in risk management, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management, and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements.
