Job Purpose

The role of Delivery Manager – International IT is to work very closely with International Business and internal teams within IT to deliver business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 15 years of experience with strong Banking domain understanding with hands on experience in executing large & complex Programs.
• Must have hands on experience in Payments related Projects, preferably across International regions with focus on GCC region.
• Experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation with good exposure.
• Knowledge of Business process reengineering principles, best practices and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) in the market is essential.
• Good knowledge of Banking products life cycle.
• Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system.
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive project work plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring close monitoring and timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Ensure close monitoring of the project while providing senior management with periodic updates, including status reports, key challenges, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Experience in vendor evaluation and vendor management is essential.
