Job summary
A recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to manage site-based civil works and ensure projects meet high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years in interior fit-out finishing works, strong leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license. The position requires flexibility to work across various project sites within the UAE.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Proven experience in supervising high-end interior or furniture-related projects.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and control all civil and finishing activities on site.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily with subcontractors and in-house teams.

Education
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage all site-based civil and finishing works, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in interior fit-out and finishing works within the UAE.
- Supervise and control all civil and finishing activities on site, including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble works, waterproofing, and related tasks.
- Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily with subcontractors and in-house teams to maintain smooth workflow and proper sequencing of activities.
- Verify that adequate materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet daily and weekly project targets.
- Monitor workmanship quality, ensuring the highest finishing standards—particularly in luxury and high-end interior spaces.
- Collaborate closely with MEP and Joinery teams to ensure proper sequencing and alignment of works.
- Conduct regular site coordination meetings with subcontractors to address and resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, covering progress updates, material needs, and any identified delays or issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing works (preferably within the UAE)
- Proven experience in supervising high-end interior or furniture-related projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.
- Willing to work in Dubai.
