- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant.
- Proven expertise in SAP Payroll functionality, including configuration and end-user support.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules integration is a plus.
