The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for early‑career talent. After successful completion you will lead customer discovery sessions, deliver high‑impact software demonstrations, support demand‑generation marketing events, and respond to RFPs.
A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Advisor is the functional and technical subject‑matter expert during the sales cycle, participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations. The Advisor also collaborates with teammates to identify opportunities and drive value to our customers.

The Academy offers a three‑year journey that drives accountability and enhances productivity, enabling graduates to make a quick impact in customer‑facing roles while fostering career longevity and leadership potential.
Our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on‑site with customers or partners. The program includes a practical, immersive portion that may involve four weeks spread across two trips in San Ramon, California, to be confirmed by Q1 2026. During intensive phases, travel or vacation will not be approved.
