Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Consultant with a strong background in KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), with specific expertise in the KSA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) with a focus on KSA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and industry standards related to learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR, training, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop effective LMS solutions.
- Provide expertise in LMS management, including content delivery, user management, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the LMS, including system integration and data accuracy.
- Conduct user training sessions and offer ongoing support to ensure the successful use of the LMS.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SAP SuccessFactors Learning and KSA-specific learning and development practices.
- Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors LMS projects, including upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementation and support.
- Mandatory experience in KSA with a deep understanding of local learning and development requirements.
