Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with architects and contractors, and coordinating with operations for timely delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in project sales within flooring or building materials and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Overview:
Responsible for driving sales of flooring and tile products through project-based clients including builders architects interior designers and contractors while ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify approach and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects builders and contractors.
- Present product portfolios samples and technical specifications to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Monitor market trends competitors and pricing strategies.
