Job summary

An automotive service company is seeking a Service Advisor to manage customer interactions and coordinate service operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a workshop environment and possess strong communication and technical skills. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing repair orders, and upselling services. Candidates with experience in Tyre Plus or Bosch Car Service are preferred. A UAE driving license and fluency in English are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a workshop environment.
• Experience in Tyre Plus, Bosch Car Service, or Multibrand Auto Workshop is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop.
• Greet customers and assess service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and provide cost estimates.
